Custom 30 Nm³/h Containerized PSA Oxygen Generator Shipped for Overseas Industrial Project

Our factory has completed assembly, full-load testing and official shipment of the custom-built 30 Nm³/h, 93%-99.5% purity containerized PSA nitrogen generator for an overseas industrial project.

All core PSA nitrogen-making components are fully skid-mounted and integrated inside a standard shipping container. This turnkey container solution removes the need for dedicated machine-room construction and complicated on-site civil work. The weather-proof container enclosure provides reliable protection against wind, rain, sun exposure, dust and pests. It supports direct outdoor installation and stacking, and adapts stably to wide temperature fluctuation and high-altitude working conditions.

This unit delivers a continuous nitrogen output of 30 Nm³/h with stable 93% nitrogen purity. The complete system includes air compressor, multi-stage air filtration, refrigerated dryer, adsorption dryer, dual-tower PSA nitrogen host, PLC automatic control and monitoring system. All equipment is fully pre-assembled, piped and fully commissioned inside our workshop before dispatch. Upon arrival at the destination site, customers only need to connect power and outlet pipelines to start nitrogen production quickly, greatly shortening project commissioning cycles.

Equipped with optimized carbon molecular sieve and equal-pressure balancing process, the system achieves high gas recovery rate and low energy consumption. Intelligent PLC control supports automatic running, real-time purity monitoring and fault alarm, lowering daily operation and maintenance workload.
