Hengye Ships Custom Nitrogen Generation Systems to Overseas Lithium-Ion Battery Giant

Specialized fuel gas power equipment manufacturer Hengye recently announced the continuous batch delivery of its dual-tower nitrogen generation systems to a leading overseas lithium-ion battery company. The customer's repeat orders fully reflect recognition of Eapsi's product quality and customization capabilities.

The delivered nitrogen generation systems were customized for the lithium-ion battery production process. The entire unit is made of 304 stainless steel and meets ASME certification standards. Key components include Siemens pressure sensors, Honeywell temperature sensors, and SMC air source processors, ensuring stability and reliability. The systems feature a split modular hoisting design, allowing on-site installation with just three pipeline connections, greatly reducing construction time. These systems will be used in the inert gas protection process during battery material mixing and cell assembly, effectively preventing material oxidation and improving product yield. Hengye stated that it will continue to optimize its non-standard customization services to meet the personalized needs of the global new energy industry.
