Shipment of Custom-Built 69-250 Large-Flow PSA Nitrogen Generator Packed on Flat-Rack Container

Our factory has completed standardized export packaging, multi-point lashing reinforcement and pre-delivery full inspection for the large-capacity Model 69-250 PSA nitrogen generator. The oversized nitrogen-making equipment is securely fixed on a flat-rack container, ready for ocean-going shipping and overseas customs clearance.

This 69-250 unit belongs to our high-output customized nitrogen-generation plant. Due to its bulky overall dimension, we choose the flat-rack container for heavy-duty oversized-cargo sea transport. Our logistics team covered the complete machine with thickened waterproof tarpaulin to defend against seawater salt mist, dampness and abrasion on long-distance marine transit. Heavy-duty orange ratchet straps adopt cross-shaped multi-point binding. Every fastening point passed load-bearing testing to stop equipment displacement, collision and vibration-caused damage.

Before shipment, our technical staff ran full-load commissioning, air-tightness test, component calibration and spare-part sorting. Matching control cabinets, filter assemblies and wearing-part kits are well arranged. We have fully prepared packing lists, test reports, certification documents and customs declaration materials for smooth port-side inspection and destination-country customs clearance.
