Hengye Tong Launches New Compact Low-Flow Membrane Nitrogen Generator

Hengye Tong recently announced the launch of its new NGMS 1–3 series membrane nitrogen generators, specially designed for low-flow nitrogen applications. This compact and cost-effective product line offers high efficiency and ease of operation, presenting a new option for multiple industrial sectors.

The NGMS series includes three models, all featuring ultra-fast startup, capable of producing qualified nitrogen in just a few seconds and supporting 24/7 continuous operation. Even in high-temperature environments, the generators maintain stable performance without sacrificing efficiency and require minimal maintenance. Nitrogen purity ranges from 95% to 99.99%, meeting the needs of general industrial applications such as tire inflation and safety blankets for hazardous environments. The generators use high-performance membrane modules that convert compressed, dried air into nitrogen with a dew point as low as -58°F through semi-permeable hollow fiber membranes. Brett Maiorano, Business Development Manager of Hengye Tong’s Industrial Gas Division, noted that the generators’ low air-to-nitrogen ratio design significantly reduces operating costs, providing users with an attractive return on investment.
